"Fixed Under Warranty"
They fixed it under warranty, which was definitely nice. It did take a biiit longer than I expected, but overall I’m glad it got handled without any extra cost.

I really like how this controller feels in my hands, it's comfy and easy to use. Battery life is okay I guess, but I do feel like I'm charging it more often then I wanted

"PlayStation’s site and app are a pain to use"
Trying to buy or manage anything on playstation.com is way more frustrating than it should be. The pages take forever to load, the menus feel scattered, and the app keeps bouncing me around in circles when all I’m trying to do is check my account or downloads. Sometimes the login just fails for no obvious reason too. On top of that, the terms seem to keep changing, which makes the whole thing feel even more annoying when you’re just trying to figure out what you’re agreeing to. For such a huge company, the whole setup feels clunky and unfinished.

"Trust your gut, the safety tools still need work"
I trusted my instinct and reported a player after they sent some really nasty messages, but it didn’t feel like anything happened. Blocking them helped a little, but the moderation seems slow and kind of hit or miss. I like the idea of the safety tools, they just need to feel more reliable.

"Pretty good deal and simple enough"
I think the subscription is worth it because it doesn’t really make things complicated, and if something is easy to change then it usually means it’s a good value. I was able to manage the settings without much trouble, so overall I’m happy with it.

"Getting My Refund Took Way Longer Than It Should Have"
I bought a game, tried it out for a little bit, and quickly realized it just wasn’t for me. Since I had barely used it, I figured getting a refund would be simple. Instead, it turned into this drawn-out back-and-forth with support where I kept getting the same generic replies over and over. It wasn’t a total nightmare or anything, but it was definitely frustrating. By the time it was all over, I was more annoyed by the refund process than disappointed about the game.

"Got my account sorted, but it took a bit"
I had to reach out to PlayStation support about my account, and the first reply felt kinda sloooow and a little copy-pastey. After a few messages though, they did actually get it sorted out, so I can’t be too mad. Not a terrible experience, just wish it had been quicker and felt a bit more personal.

I got my PS5 storage upgrade info through playstation.com, i was relieved that it was clear. I’m always a little cautious with this kind of thing because I don’t want to mess up an expensive console, but the guidance made it feel manageable.
Games fill up the PS5 fast, so adding extra space was worth it. The expansion slot instructions were easy enough to follow, and now I’m not constantly deleting games just to make room. Really glad I did it.

"Never seems to be in stock"
I’m not trying to complain just for the sake of it, but I’ve been checking for weeks and it’s still out of stock every time. At some point it gets frustrating, especially when you’re actually trying to buy it.

"Good console, but not quite as snappy as I hoped"
I’ll be fair, the PS5 handles most games well once you’re actually playing. But reading between the lines, you can tell it’s not always as smooth as the hype makes it sound. The menu has these little moments of lag that feel odd for a console this expensive, and downloads seem slower than they should even when my Wi-Fi is solid. It’s not a bad system at all, I just expected it to feel a bit faster and more polished overall.

"Nice menu, easy most of the time"
I been using the PlayStation menu a lot and it’s clean. Most stuff is easy to find, and moving around the console feels smooth. Sometimes I was looking for settings or downloads and it take me a minute, but it’s not a big deal. It’s not perfect, but I do like using it most days...

Just a quick warning for anyone relying on PSN all the time: it works well for me most days, but it’s definitely not perfect. Downloads can randomly get slow, and I’ve had party chat drop out a few times, which is annoying when you’re in the middle of playing with friends. That said, online games usually connect without much trouble, and it’s reliable enough that I don’t stress about it too much. Just don’t be surprised if it has the occasional hiccup.

"Arrived Early and I’m Happy With It"
I ordered from PlayStation and it actually showed up a day earlier than I expected, which was a nice surprise. The tracking worked fine for the most part, and even though the box had a small dent, everything inside was in perfect shape. Overall, I’m really satisfied with the order. I just wish the shipping updates came through a little faster

"Total Download Disaster"
I bought it thinking I’d be using it right away, but the download just kept failing over and over. it was way more frustrating than it needed to be, I was practically ready to throw my laptop out the window. Not a great first impression at all

"Never had any billing problems with PlayStation"
I’ve used playstation quite a few times now, mostly for buying games and renewing my PS Plus subscription, and it’s always been smooth for me. Every time I’ve checked out, my card has been charged the exact amount it was supposed to be, and the receipt usually shows up in my email quickly afterward. I also had one time where I needed to look into the refund information, and it wasn’t hard to find, which I appreciated. Overall, I haven’t run into any strange double charges, random delays, or confusing billing issues. It just does what it’s supposed to do, which is really all I want from something like this.

"Remote play has been really handy"
I’ve been using PS Remote Play often when someone else is using the TV, mostly from my phone or laptop. Getting it set up wasn’t a big deal, and my controller usually connects without much fuss. When my wifi is solid, it actually runs smoothly, if that makes sense.
I’m giving it 4 stars because every now and then it takes a couple tries to find my console, or the controller has a little lag. It’s not perfect, but for playing when I can’t use the TV, it’s been super convenient.

“At the start it was because my friends talked me into getting it. It has great exclusive games but i really want a pirate like game that they don't have. Policy for like returns where not bad when i first started before they screw over the costumers with the automatic download and no refund for it policy.”
