"Playstation sucks"
I have been trying to get someone to talk to about my account why it charged me but I still can't play my online games. It's saying I need to buy my month subscription that I already have bought so playstation sucks n I am so mad because no one will return my calls or anything it's just saying error wtf n I will show it my bank where it took it out of my account n I will show you what it says on the account on my ps4 but I still can't play my online games

"Terrible customer support and…"
Terrible customer support and resolution team. No help, no understanding. They just respond with terms and conditions rather than treating cases individually. My other half accidentally bought a game I had already downloaded on our PS5(I accidentally left it in her basket before purchasing it from my own account).

Because the games automatically download, it happened instantly with this game because it was already on the console. So even though she instantly realised the mistake it was too late to cancel the download and now we have the same game twice.

Playstation won't refund because they say she's downloaded the game(she's not played it) even though the download happened automatically not giving her a chance to rectify the error.

We understand it was an error not to check the basket fully before purchase but the aftercare is astonishingly bad. It leaves us both with an incredibly sour taste and a severely damaged opinion of the playstation and Sony brand. What a shame

Wish we had the time to take this further, we'll keep trying to get a refund.

"Discriminatory actions"
They are as useful as a chocolate teapot.
I had a player wishing every Jewish person and lgbt+ person dead, sending me messages of very graphic ways he wanted to kill them so I reported it.... They didn't get into trouble yet I got a 7 day suspension because apparently calling someone homophobic is "Hate speech".
When you try and talk to customer service all you get is "This is how you report a player" and "This is how you block a player"

"They'll ban you for no reason"
I got banned from psn for a username I've had for over a decade. Their "support" was non existent and pretty much only consisted of a chatbot. After some research i found that they do this to their customers a lot. Once my PlayStation craps out I'm getting an xbox

"The customer support is ridiculous"
The customer support is ridiculous.

The agents have really poor training, unable to articulate or logically explain decisions.

They are like robots following a script.

There's no point trying to logically explain yourself as you're talking to a brick wall.

"Worst thing iv ever come across"
Worst thing iv ever come across, there is No worst than this, i got hacked, and the sure has only categories and Non of them is when your account is totalt hacked, they have like retades options like ”i don’t recognize this payment” not gonna say more it’s absolute Sh…, WILL NOT BUY PS5 For sure, it ends here.

"I've been trying to get a box"
I've been trying to get a box, from Playstation, to send in my PS5 for repair. I'd purchased it through MDG with a two year warranty. I've been waiting since March 20th for the box and still haven't received it. I've called back on April 20th and still haven't received it. REALLY?! How long does it take to get a box and send the console back for repair/replacement?!

"Overcomplicated Systems"
All I'm trying yo do is get logged back on to my account.
Playstation networks have over-complicated this process to the point of causing some serious frustrations.
Can't even set up my system after attempting to reboot/reformat which displays as:
"Too many USB devices connected."
After seeing all other reviews, it appears as though you guys don't even care to respond.
If I can get some proper help with this, then I would be more than happy to upgrade to 5 stars, but until then, I'm still left with unresolved issues on being unable to access both my PS4, or even log in.

If you're moved to a different country, sony won't help you
If you're moved to a different country or are in a different country temporarily than the one created originally with your Account. Sony won't give a care to help you. They will argue that you've breached their Terms of Service (Because Everyone is stuck in their own country according to them) and will close their chat. I had to use VPN in order to get them to talk. Upon them checking. They told me i had to go to the Site's country my PSN account was created in.

Problem is the country i was registered in only offer support via Calls, no Email or live chat or anything. International calls are super expensive per minute with the service i'm having. Completely unacceptable just to get some basic help to get a refund off a smaller game. I've never seen a worse customer support ever.

"Not eligible for refund because I downloaded a broken game"
I downloaded a game - but when I launched it, I got an error message and it did not work. I tried to get a refund but was told I was not eligible as I had downloaded the game. My question is - how can you purchase a game and not download it before finding out it is broken? BEWARE purchasing games from Sony on the Playstation store - you are better off purchasing the physical game at a store like Target where they will refund you no questions asked.

"I can't sign in because two step…"
I can't sign in because two step verification isn't sending a text to my mobile. I specifically asked not to have two step verification as it causes so many issues, yet somehow now I've got a new mobile it says I activated it...no I effing didn't! Cannot get hold of anyone online to speak to, absokute joke and I am sick of the bad service.

If you don't do something about the available hacks for your PvP games then they are going to become unplayable. Absolutely disgusted every single time I turn it on. I think I'm done buying your games until YOU FIX THE HACKING PROBLEM IN YOUR GAMES 💯

I'd give negative stars, yes I'm being a Karen, but God damn, why is it so freaking difficult to contact support and cancel a subscription?!? Why do y'all make it so God damn hard like I know you're greedy money hungry company but come on!!! Not even going to buy a PS5 now cause this is bullpoop!!!

“At the start it was because my friends talked me into getting it. It has great exclusive games but i really want a pirate like game that they don't have. Policy for like returns where not bad when i first started before they screw over the costumers with the automatic download and no refund for it policy.”
